If your Leahlani treasures arrive damaged or broken, we'll gladly replace them. Email a photo of the damaged items to email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt. We might ask you to return the broken items (we'll cover the shipping) before we send your new items. We can't replace damaged items unless these steps are taken.

Incomplete orders | issues regarding order:
In the event your order arrives incomplete, please send us an email within 48 hours of the delivery time indicated by your tracking information. The email should include a photograph of the received items as well as the packing slip. Please note, it's crucial to comply with this time frame.
