Shipping & Returns
Free domestic shipping is offered for orders over $75.
We ship directly from our studio on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and do our best to get all orders shipped out within 5-6 days once placed. Orders shipped via USPS Priority take 3-5 business days to arrive to you. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can anticipate when your order will arrive.
USPS First Class and Priority ships every Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
UPS ships every Tues & Friday.
We do ship internationally! Leahlani Skincare is not responsible for delays that occur due to international customs issues, nor any additional fees or taxes that your country may require. This means that ANY and ALL fees that you are charged are your responsibility. Leahlani Skincare will not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. To calculate what the fees may cost for your Country, visit HERE

Leahlani Skincare is an artisanal skincare line- every product in our line is handmade in small batches, infused with abundant aloha. While it is our deepest hope that you truly enjoy every product that you order from us, we understand that everyones skin type is unique and individual, and resonates differently with skincare products. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions, or if you had sensitive and reactive skin. We offer bespoke and personalized skincare consults- tailor made for your sweet skin. You can find guidance via our consult form HERE and we are happy to include samples of any products you desire to try in any order you place online- simply make your requests in the notes section upon checkout. Leahlani Skincare does not and will not offer refunds on any products due to general dissatisfaction, allergic response, or if a product does not resonate with your skin.
DAMAGE: If your package arrives to you damaged and/or broken, we are happy to replace it for you. In order for us to replace the items for you, we require that you send a photo of the damaged items to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours upon receipt of your package. We may ask you to send the broken items back to us (we will cover shipping costs) before sending your new item. Please note, if these steps are not taken, then we will be unable to replace the broken items- there are no exceptions.
