What is the cancellation policy on my subscription?

When you purchase a subscription, you are agreeing to receive recurring deliveries based on the schedule you select and to all subscription terms outlined below.
You’ll receive an email reminder before each renewal processes, giving you time to make any updates, skip an order, or cancel if needed. Regardless of whether or not you receive an email, please note that all changes or cancellations must be made before your order processes, as once an order has been finalized, we’re unable to cancel, modify, or refund it. There are no exceptions.
To manage your subscription, simply use the link in your confirmation or reminder email. From there, you can adjust your delivery schedule, skip an upcoming order, or cancel your subscription directly. Please note that for security reasons, all subscription changes must be completed by you through your customer account — our team cannot access or modify subscription settings on your behalf.
