Yes, you can add one-time products to recurring orders from your customer portal which can be found by clicking the account button on our website.

Can I return a subscription order?

Upcoming subscription orders can be cancelled or skipped but Leahlani Skincare does not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or compromised. Questions? Please contact orders@leahlaniskincare.com and we'll assist you!!

No, you can place an order without having an account in the store.

What is the cancellation policy on my subscription?

When you sign up for a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the schedule you select. You’ll receive reminder emails before each order processes — giving you time to make any changes, skip, or cancel if needed. These changes must be made before your order processes, as we’re unable to cancel or modify subscription orders once they’ve been finalized.

To manage your subscription, just click the link in your confirmation or reminder email — you’ll be able to adjust your schedule, skip an upcoming order, or cancel directly from your account. Please note: changes must be made by you, on your end, as we cannot access or adjust subscription settings for you.
