client concierge & studio assistant

Leahlani is known for having excellent customer service and client relations. Our ideal candidate has an innate passion for skincare and the wellness industry paired with an enthusiastic, warm and upbeat attitude under all circumstances. This person is extremely efficient at responding to emails and returning phone calls. The ability to switch tasks quickly and seamlessly is an essential part of this position, along with efficient and flexible time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- attending to the orders emails
- printing packing slips and shipping labels
- packaging all direct sales with care and special attention to presentation
- maintaining GMP and a clean and tidy workspace
- assisting with production (filling, boxing and stocking products)
- taking detailed inventory of shipping | studio supplies
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- highly reliable and accountable
- phone & email etiquette
- proven ability to maintain strong customer service
- aptitude to function within deadlines both independently and as part of a team
- ability to multi-task
- highly organized
- shows initiative and is self motivated
- exceptional oral and written communication
- ability to convey information clearly and effectively
