How do I know that your products are going to work on my skin?

Excellent question. We understand that everyones skin is different and unique. Finding a ritual that works for your skin can take time. We recommend trying the products for at least 28 days, this will allow your skin to fully adjust to your new products for one cellular renewal cycle. Do you offer samples?

We are not selling individual sample sizes at this time. We try our best to include free samples with every online order when we have them available and in stock, but we cannot guarantee that they will be included.  For sample requests, kindly leave us your requests in the notes section upon checkout. 

I have very sensitive skin, can I still use the Honey Love 3-in-1?

Absolutely. The Honey Love is truly magical for all skin types. Because she is a manual exfoliator, this means that you have control of the pressure while exfoliating. If your skin is very sensitive, I recommend the following ritual with the Honey Love:

Moisten your face with damp water. Stir your jar well and scoop a small amount into the palm of your hand. Add a few drops of water and emulsify with your fingertips. Very gently, apply her to your skin. Do not rub, simply apply in light strokes until she is evenly distributed. Allow her to sit on the skin for a few minutes so that the active enzymes can work their magic and the anti-inflammatory botanicals can help to soothe the skin and reduce redness. Rinse with warm water, in very gentle circular motions. Follow by lightly splashing the face with cool water. Immediately follow with Bohemian Ruby Toning Mist to hydrate, balance and soothe the skin. Do not repeat more then 1x a week.

Is Leahlani Skincare safe for use during pregnancy?

My jar of Bless Balm arrived very soft, is this normal? Is there anything I can do to harden the texture?

Our Bless Beauty Balm is free of waxes, which means the texture may vary as temperatures shift. This will not alter the ingredients nor will it affect efficiency. The natural consistency of Bless is very soft, and is is designed to melt on contact with the skin. If you prefer your consistency to be a bit more firm, simply stir her well and place her in the refrigerator for an hour (make sure that the lid is stored on tight). Remove and store her in a cool and dark area. Voila!

We ship directly from our studio on Monday, Thursday and Friday. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, which takes 3-5 business days to arrive to you. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can anticipate when your order will arrive to you.

My Coco Infusion has hardened? Is this normal? What do you suggest I do to get it out of the bottle?

Yes, this is completely normal. Unrefined coconut oil is one of the main ingredients in our Coco Infusions. The triglycerides in coconut oil consist of a mixture of 10 different fatty acids- and each fatty acid has its own melting point. Generally, around 72-76 degrees- coconut oil will solidify. This does not affect the efficiency of the product, it just makes it a bit more difficult to get out of the bottle. Luckily, coconut oil melts quite quickly. You may hold your bottle under hot tap water for 30 seconds and it will start to melt rather quickly- or you can place the bottle in a cup of hot water for a few minutes prior to use. Then, simply unscrew the top and and turn your bottle upside down and 'squeeze' the contents out. Once the Coco Infusion hits your warm hand, it will melt beautifully.
