Enjoy the world of Leahlani Skincare with ease—no shipping worries necessary. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75, and our Canadian customers can receive free shipping on orders over $150. For our international skincare lovers, we’re happy to provide complimentary global shipping on orders over $225.
All orders are lovingly packed and shipped from our Kaua‘i studio, Monday through Friday. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–4 business days from the time of purchase. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. This is especially important during peak holiday periods and due to our island location, which may add additional time in transit. International Customs & Tariffs
We’re thrilled to share our skincare with customers around the world. While we do our best to ensure a smooth shipping experience, please note that international orders may be subject to customs delays, duties, and additional taxes imposed by your country. Please be aware: if a package is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs, duties, or other fees, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges—no exceptions. If you would like the package re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

These delays may arise due to various reasons, such as documentation discrepancies, import information, or applicable fees. Such interruptions might extend the delivery time by 4-6 weeks.

Damage:
If your Leahlani treasures arrive damaged or broken, we'll gladly replace them. Email a photo of the damaged items to orders@leahlaniskincare.com within 24 hours of receipt. We might ask you to return the broken items (we'll cover the shipping) before we send your new items. We can't replace damaged items unless these steps are taken.
For orders placed through our retail partners, please contact the store directly for issues related to shipping or damage.

Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for general dissatisfaction, allergic reactions, or if a product is not suitable for your skin. If you purchased Leahlani Skincare through a third-party retailer, please be aware that we are not responsible for the quality, return, or exchange of those products. We recommend contacting the retailer directly for assistance, as they manage their own policies.

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will need to charge additional shipping fees to reship the package to the correct address. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or refunds in such cases.
Incomplete orders | issues regarding order:
In the event your order arrives incomplete, please send us an email within 48 hours of the delivery time indicated by your tracking information. The email should include a photograph of the received items as well as the packing slip. Please note, it's crucial to comply with this time frame. If the required information is not received within the designated period, our ability to assist may be limited. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter.
