What you will need:
- Your favorite candle or diffuser
- A dry brush
- Your favorite skincare products
Step 1: Set the mood.
Turn off your cell phone, dim the lights and put on whatever music you find soothing. Light your candle or put some drops of your favorite essential oil into your diffuser. Take a couple deep breaths, and leave everything else behind for a moment.
Step 2: Exfoliate.
Grab your dry brush, and brush up your body in long strokes toward your heart to get circulation flowing. It’s fine to go over an area a few times if it feels good. When you reach your belly, gently brush it in a clockwise motion. Now for your face – exfoliate your skin with our Honey Love Microdermabrasion Exfoliator and feel it deeply cleanse, smooth, and soften the skin.
Step 3: Nourish.
Use our Coco Infusion Oil to create a deep scalp conditioning treatment. With the lid screwed on tightly, place your bottle of Coco in a bowl of hot water to gently heat the oil. Pour into your palm, and work the oil through your hair from roots to scalp. Apply a generous dollop of Bless Balm to your skin before stepping into a steamy bath or shower for a deep moisturizing treatment.
Step 4: Bathe.
if you have a bath, run your bathwater and add 1-2tbs of Bless Beauty Bath Salts into the water. If you do not have a bath, run a hot and steamy shower and apply a dab of Bless Aromatherapy Essence to your pulse points right before stepping in(wrists, behind the knees, elbow crease). The steam from the shower combined with Bless Essence will create a gorgeous, aromatherapeutic spa experience.
Step 5: Massage.
Finish out your spa session by spending a good few minutes gently massaging your favorite Leahlani serum and/or elixir into the skin. If you’d like some tips, check out our favorite DIY face massage here.
