Tips, tricks & TLC to help you stay hydrated from head to toe
Winter weather can really do a number on our skin. The change in humidity, biting winds and 24/7 exposure to indoor heaters parch our skin, leaving it chapped, sensitive, flaky and dry. But it doesn’t have to be that way! Here are our 6 favorite daily routines to keep you hydrated from head to toe, all winter long.
1. DRINK UP
Stay hydrated! Drink lots of water or sip on hot herbal teas
2. SUPPLEMENT FATS
Fats are crucial in helping the skin build its protective natural oil barrier. Try taking supplements that contain omega-3 or omega-6 fatty acids, and incorporate healthy fats into your diet (avocados, nuts, etc.).
3. MIST, MIST, MIST
